President
Dana has 30 years of real estate and real estate finance experience. Through major cycles he asset managed and executed more than $5.5B of transactions, and executed $4B of development and acquisitions. He served as EVP at Industrial Realty Group, and was MD/COO at CMR Capital Group. He was Group Head of Johnson Capital Investment Banking, and managed and resolved over $2B of distressed real assets and ventures at Sun America and Citizen Business Bank. He is a member of ULI. He received a B.A. from Lawrence University in Economics and a J. D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
John Woo

John has 30 years of experience overseeing the entire real estate investment life cycle. Most recently at EQ/Blackstone, John managed and disposed a U.S. office portfolio of $3.3B which resulted in a 2.1 MOIC. At Koll and McMorgan (a NY Life subsidiary), John invested over $400M of newly raised funds. He began his career at PGIM where he closed over $2B of acquisitions and developments averaging a 43% return, led asset management of the $1B separate account portfolio, and restructured PGIM's west coast asset management. John earned a B.S. in finance and real estate from the University of Southern California.

Jeff has over 20 years of finance and analytics experience with Blackstone and General Growth Property. At BX Jeff supervised a complex financial modeling and valuation analytics team, oversaw the due diligence and closing of over $4B of dispositions, and led major financial restructurings of a $5B U.S. office portfolio including high profile assets such as Willis Tower in Chicago. At GGP Jeff managed the financial feasibility analysis of a $2B portfolio of redevelopment and development projects throughout the U.S.
